 In 2010, Arun Jain founded Brandywine Business Advisory LLC., a boutique BPO Marketing & Sales advisory firm, where he leverages his considerable business expertise to help small and mid sized offshore BPO services providers to grow in the US market.  Arun has held executive positions with Sykes Enterprises and SourceHOV where he led the transformation of their BPO businesses. He has also consulted with Xerox BPO, Aetna and PWC. Arun is an alumni of IIT, Kharagpur and IIM, Ahmedadbad and serves on the board of the Philadelphia chapter of Institute of Management Consultants –USA
